This is, without a doubt, a truly refreshing take on the "flower garden" type of fractals ... and yours really caught my attention!
While the majority of other works of this sort seem/tend to practically repeat themselves, you actually took the time and had the effort to bring some innovation to the style. And you did it in a very effective and professional way (as in, you know your Apo ).
The "Vision" and "Technique" aspects get a full rating from me because of your dedication towards making this fractal as perfect as possible. And for your obvious skills at fractaling, of course. From the little veins on the tips of the leaves and the shadows near a flower's eye that complement their bending, all the way to the color variations, the many glows and beams and the overall illumination of the scenery - everything looks carefully planned and designed.
I suppose the only additional thing I would like to see are the lines connecting the blue dots to the center of a flower. But that's just my opinion.
